We pride ourselves on being the only local service for your national broadcast media monitoring needs and do everything we can to assure you the most accurate results quickly and efficiently thru email and digital delivery.
I have to also give a lot of credit to social networking. We’ve experienced great success using both Twitter and Facebook to not only communicate information to our existing clients, but also for capturing the interest of prospective clients in a way that traditional marketing techniques could have never had accomplished in the same amount of time.
The relationship building and opportunities that exist through social media have been important to us the past 8 months and will continue to be moving ahead.
Thank you again for your continued support and we wish you all a wonderful August.
Mike, Roger, Rob, Shawna and Paula
]]>Turn out was great and the opportunity to meet a lot of the people we tweet with day in and day out was fabulous. I cannot tell you how much fun it is to actually be able to converse with these terrific people in more than 140 letters of the alphabet. In fact, I don’t think I even sent out more than 3 tweets between 6-10PM that night.
The staff at NYPD (@NYPD_Pizza) did a wonderful job taking care of our group. We had the entire patio to ourselves and they even allowed Darrell to bring his electric guitar and amp. It gave me the opportunity to play a little Smoke on the Water and some blues tune that I remember from many years ago. And, it reminded me of how bad I still am!
But, back to the gang at NYPD. Our main wait person, Danielle was terrific. She made sure that everyone was taken care of and we certainly appreciate her putting up with the multiple checks! I know how much of a pain that is, so thanks Danielle!! And Torri,
the manager went above and beyond that evening too, making all of us feel welcome.
I wish I had taken my camera along so I could show you all the cool people that were there, but I forgot it at home.
So, in conclusion, I just want to say that if you haven’t attended a tweet up before, please find time to do so. It’s truly a wonderful experience to be able to share & network with the peeps you tweet throughout your week. And What I found really funny is meeting someone for the fist time, yet you know about their job, family, vacation plans, where they dine and what they like to do on the weekends. (as well as what they like on their pizza)
Thanks to everyone that showed up and special thanks to Darell for his friendship & assistance in making this a FUN NIGHT for all.
Okay, made it thru my first blog. That wasn’t too bad.
]]>Keep watching.
